Offering various measures to solve issues related business succession of SMEs owners
To solve issues surrounding business succession, it is essential to have a medium-term financial plan in place before the transition of ownership, authority and responsibility occurs. Such a plan would set out various strategies, including the use of operating leases and insurance and the write-down of treasury stock. However, if a business does not have a qualified successor, the operations will most likely be sold to another company, inevitably through an M&A process.
In October 2010, we launched our M&A business. We complement advisory services following an M&A with asset management services to help clients invest the funds received in the transfer of ownership and thereby support the owners of small and medium-sized companies.
