Impact of Ukraine Situation on FPG's business

FPG is deeply concerned about the current situation in Ukraine and sincerely hopes that this issue will be resolved peacefully as quickly as possible.

We have received many inquiries regarding the impact on our aircraft leasing business and our business performance in relation to the situation in Ukraine.

In our aircraft leasing business, we do not have any leasing business with Russian or Ukrainian airlines as direct lessees.
There is no change to the financial results forecast for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, from that announced on January 31, 2022.

If any matters arise in the future that should be announced with this matter, we will disclose them immediately.
